Not only might you be descriminated against *because* of your faith, you could be descrimiated because of your *lack* of it...

Also, as Tim @ Bloggerheads points out, it hardly signifies a true seperation of State and CHurch when you cannot stand as a politician in 7 states if you are an atheist. I wonder if they let you if you are an Aethist?
